Choo Choos and Tutus Family Party

On Saturday we had a family dinner party for Luke and Madison's 3rd birthday!

Our choo choos and tutus theme :)
My dad had a perfect train!

Nothing like a cute little girl in a dress riding a John Deere!

 Adorable Austin!

Dylan is so ready to ride!

Luke showing him how it is done

My cousin Chad with Luke and Madison

Nikki (my cousin Brent's fiancĂ©) and Megan (my cousin Blake's wife)
Do they know how to pick them or what??
Nice silly faces Luke and Madison!!

Chad at the kids table...yep that fits :)

 Madison and Justin

Madison is going to be a flower girl in Nikki's wedding so they took her outside for a little practice!

 Present time!  An umbrella!

Girl legos...why did they just think of this??

Madison was hilarious and would 'read' every card!!  "Happy Birthday Luke and Madison"

Luke patiently waiting for his turn to open presents...love that boy!

Uncle Ryan sent a present from Atlanta!!

 Our first games!

A batman umbrella!!  I think he likes it :)

Madison watched (and talked on her 'iPhone') while Luke opened his presents

Jennifer and (I am going to go with...) Dylan

 Singing to Madison

Jennifer gave them headlamps too for their birthday so Luke needed it to help him see his candle!

 Yummy cake...with the headlamps on!

Madison feeding....Parker?  I had a hard time this day telling them apart!!!!

I LOVE this picture of Madison and Meme!

 They loved their new presents!

Luke making sure Meme didn't get wet!

Justin, Angie, and Kevin with Luke and Madison...so many silly faces these days!

They love their 'friend buddy Austin' as they always call him!

Aunt Chatty Bell...LOVE this picture!!!!!

Paint House

Last Wednesday, we met a few friends at Creating Artist for Tomorrow to paint.  It was my first experience there!!  It is an amazing house that allows the kids to create and go nuts with paint!!!  I had to take a deep breath a few times and just let them go!!!  On the inside of the house they have different stations set up to do several painting activities and then on the outside they can just paint....ANYTHING! Trees, the house, the grass, anything!  All the kids had a BLAST!!  Here are some pictures from the madness :)

Luke, Madison, and Alli painting away

Love these cool things that spin!

 They were in heaven!

 Luke was here :)

 Extreme concentration...

 That tongue!

 Luke does it too!

 Luke loved painting this tree!!

Back inside to try the activities again.  I love his face!

 Owen, Luke, Madison, and Alli

Beautiful job kids!  Let's just say we had a nice talk on the way him about how this is a special house and we only paint it....not our house!!

If you haven't been to this place you need to check it out!  It is called Creating Artists for Tomorrow.  They have open table time on Wednesdays from 10-11:30 and it is $10 per child.  I found a deal on Living Social!  They will close table time for the summer for camps though :(

Papa and Nana's Birthday

On April 18th my grandfather, Papa, and Jonathan's grandmother, Nanny, had a birthday!  They are both precious people in our lives!  We are so grateful for their lives and their example for our family!

 Happy Birthday Papa!!

Happy Birthday Nanny!!
