Isle of Palms

We had our 2nd annual girls weekend trip to Isle of Palms the last weekend in February. Click HERE for last year's post. Not everyone was able to make it this year :( We missed them a ton but still had a great time! Lots of memories were made, lots of laughs and stories, and lots of encouragements and challenges. I feel so grateful to God for putting these amazing ladies in my life! Here are a million pictures...I stink at narrowing them down! Sorry!

We took the babies to the beach when they were just a couple months old. Click HERE for that post. We did not take them this past summer so they have never put their feet in the sand. Luke did not love it at first but quickly warmed up and loved it!

The ocean was freezing but it was fun to stick just a few toes in it!

Walking with Daddy

The first night it was just our family and the Coleman's. Luke and Madison enjoyed watching TV with Ella all cuddled up!

"Mom and Dad, this is the life!"

The pool was heated to 80 degrees so it felt like a bath! It was amazing! We were in the pool every day! The weather was perfect too!

Daddy got a double hug!

Luke and Madison loved the pool! We did have to stop at the outlets on our way to the beach to buy bathing suits and shorts and t-shirts because I was not prepared for this warm weather and heated pool!

Family pic :)

Brenna and Madison...love this picture!

There were so many toys there! Madison enjoyed someone's guitar!

Ella, Madison, and Anna Kate hugging it out

Shelley was a trouper and came with her 1 month old little girl Allie. Madison is in love with babies so she was all over Allie!

On Monday we went to an amazing park! The kids had a blast...and so did the parents!

Whooohooo

Jessica, Paul, and Ella...also known as the Coleman Trio

If you click on the picture you will see the new face that Madison started over the weekend. I have no idea where it came from or why she does it but she did it over and over. Silly girl :)

Testing out the tire swing

Swinging on her tummy

I wish I had a picture of the parents behind the camera!!! How funny! What we do to get our kids to look for a picture!

Here is the whole clan! What a great group! I love these people so much and thank God for their friendship! Families left to right...Drew, Amber, Anna Kate and baby boy on the way!! Paul, Jessica, and Ella. Us :) Geoff, Brenna, Quinn, and Riley. Shelley, Caleb, and baby Allie (Barret had to work...boo..we missed you!)

The boys had to play too!

This is how the girls walked back to the car! Too cute!

Baby Allie taking a rest and thinking about how much fun this will be next year!!

Rub a dub dub 5 in a yellow tub :)

This was priceless! We had a dance party on the kitchen counter...that is as big as a dance floor! Can you guess what song we were singing?? A little Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus!! "Everybody put your hands up!!" Paul wanted some Bieber but we didn't have that on the ipod.

Saying goodbye is so hard! They didn't want to let go!

Madison giving Quinn a goodbye kiss :)

Hugs!

Can we play for 5 more minutes??

I wish I had a group shot of all the girls but Shelley and Amber left earlier in the day.

We had such a great time! We are so thankful to the family that let us use their house again this year!!!! It was amazing!!
